Pathways To Success, Ensuring All Students Are College and/or Career Ready

 

Pathways To Success (Focus Group 4) will include parents, members of the business community, staff and other interested patrons.

 

Focus Group 4 is part the Washington Way project developed by the school district as a means of engaging a broader public when making decisions that impact the school district.

 

Previously, Focus Groups 1-3 centered around achievement, facilities and technology.

 

Now, Focus Group 4 will explore secondary school trends from around the country to help all students get connected and equipped with the skills and credentials they need to succeed in the competitive workforce.

 

The research, discussion and decisions of the focus group will be taken under advisement by the Board of Education.

 

The mission of Focus Group 4 is to learn, analyze and guide the design of college and career pathways and other essential learning opportunities for future graduates of Washington High School and Four Rivers Career Center.
