BUILD Academy Launches at Four Rivers Career Center

The School District of Washington has launched its BUILD (Building Unique and Innovative Learners by Design) Academy at Four Rivers Career Center.

Sixth grade students from Washington West Elementary and Campbellton Elementary will spend six weeks in a project based learning environment, teaming with the FRCC team in the Junior Markerspace.

Throughout this process, students with start a business from the ground up. They will design business plans, market, build and sell.
