Change of Transportation Form
(If a student is riding a different bus than normal, they must fill out this form and return it to the office A DAY in advance to obtain proper approvals. Filling out a form does not guarantee approval.)

Washington Middle School brings seventh and eighth grade students from across the district together into one school. The team concept allows students to work with a core area of teachers as well as take a sampling of elective courses meant to broaden the students' knowledge and skills.
