Vaccine Clinic Held for School District of Washington Staff

SDOW Vaccine ClinicThe School District of Washington held the first of two COVID-19 vaccine clinics at the Washington High School gymnasium on Thursday, April 1.

A total of 410 Moderna vaccines were given, including over 300 to School District of Washington staff members.

Vaccines also were given to staff from First Student (the SDOW’s bus company), St. Francis Borgia High School and select staff members from the Four Rivers YMCA.

The second dose will be given on Friday, April 30, which is an E-Learning Day in the School District of Washington.

Administering the vaccines were staff from Sinks Pharmacy. SDOW nurses scheduled the appointments and were on hand to run the check-in station and help oversee the clinic. See their picture below.
