The School District of Washington will host a Meet and Greet event for the new executive leadership team on Wednesday, July 28, from 4-5:30 p.m. at the Board of Education Office, 220 Locust Street in Washington.
Students, staff, parents, families and the Washington community are invited to meet and visit with new Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Kephart along with Assistant Superintendents Dr. Rachael Franssen, John McColloch and Maranda Anderson.
Kephart, Superintendent, and Anderson, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, officially began their new roles with the School District of Washington on July 1, 2021.
McColloch, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations, joined the District on July 1, 2020. Franssen, Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Support Services, has been in that role for five years and with the District for 16 years.
