Washington High School Holds Fall Sports Pep Assembly

Washington High School held a school-wide pep assembly for all of the fall sports teams at Scanlan Stadium on Tuesday afternoon, November 9.

The pep assembly recognized and celebrated all of the fall sports athletes and recognized state qualifiers in golf and cross country, along with the state champion softball team.

Fall sports teams recognized were volleyball, boys soccer, boys swimming, football, girls golf, boys and girls cross country and softball.

The WHS Band, “The Pride of Washington,” also was recognized for their accomplishments and performed during the pep assembly.

The WHS cheerleaders and the WHS Jaywalkers dance team also performed.
