Posted on 12/04/2018
WMS Environmental ClubThe Washington Middle School Environmental Club members met on Thursday, Nov. 29, to learn about how to upcycle waste and recyclables to create different Christmas ornaments for friends, family and others in the community.

The students had hot chocolate, baked treats, and enjoyed a plenty of earth-friendly crafting.

Advisor Stefanie Virgen said the Environmental Club also is working on some ideas for whole-community projects involving Miller-Post Nature Reserve.
