Washington High School wrestler Gavin Holtmeyer is the KLPW Radio Athlete of the Week.
Holtmeyer, a junior returning state medalist and two-time state qualifier, won the Class 4 District 2 title at 285 pounds by pinning Lafayette’s Evan O’Connell in 35 seconds in the title match.
Holtmeyer, a team captain, takes a 31-4 record to the Class 4 sectional meet at Northwest High School on February 27.
