Washington High School Wrestler Will Kelpe Named Washington Missourian Athlete of the Week
Washington High School wrestler Will Kelpe is the Washington Missourian Athlete of the Week, sponsored by First State Community Bank.
Kelpe, a junior competing at 120 pounds, went 4-0 with four pins to claim the Westminster Invitational title at 120 pounds on Saturday, December 4. His bonus points during the tournament helped the Blue Jays capture the team championship.
Kelpe currently is 7-1 on the season after a victory over Sullivan on Wednesday, December 8.
