Washington High School Cross Country Runner Julia Donnelly Named Washington Missourian Athlete of the Week
Washington High School cross country runner Julia Donnelly is the Washington Missourian Athlete of the Week, sponsored by First State Community Bank.
Donnelly, a senior, has earned medalist honors in every meet she has run in this season.
In recent meets, Donnelly earned a spot on the podium by placing 16th out of 317 runners at the Gans Creek Classic Gold Division in Columbia. She followed up by winning the Big Driver Invitational in Washington by 41 seconds.
Donnelly, a three-sport athlete, has earned these athletic achievements while maintaining a 3.3 grade-point average.
