The Washington High School Choir Department took 13 students to audition for All-District Choir on Monday, September 25.
To audition, students must sight read, identify key signatures and sing a piece in Italian.
WHS have seven students who will represent WHS in the choir in November. Those students are Aidan Van Leer, Jobe Weber, Alina Hayden, Olivia Strubberg, Andrew Dawson, Anna Snider and Owen Van Leer.
Van Leer, Weber, Hayden and Strubberg also scored in the top 10 percent of their section and will move on to audition for All-State Choir. Members of All-State Choir must be a junior or senior. Their audition will require them to sing a piece in Latin.
