Washington High School tennis player Katelyn Hill is the Washington Missourian Athlete of the Week.

Hill, a senior, won her division in the 25^th Annual Farmington Invitational Tennis Tournament, contributing to the first-place team finish. She improved her record to 8-1. She’s also an outstanding doubles player with her partner, Ava Craven.

“Katelyn regularly competes for two-plus hours in hot weather, and is an all-around great person and silent leader for the other tennis players,” said Washington Tennis Coach Bill Stahlhuth.
