To promote personal social adjustment, vocational career planning and educational planning through developmental and sequential lessons in the classroom.
To counsel students individually and in groups to create improved learning motivation.
To consult with teachers, administrators, partners and community agencies to create improved learning climates.
To identify needs and strengths through testing the child; developing a personal history of the child in school and at home.
To share knowledge regarding students and suggest alternative strategies to teachers and others professionals during conferences, seminars and special group meetings.
