School District of Washington Hosts Feedback Sessions on Future Facility Plans
The School District of Washington, in partnership with Hollis + Miller Architects, hosted a community feedback session on Tuesday, October 7, to discuss proposed renovations and modernizations to Washington High School and other school buildings throughout the district.
The facilities feedback event took place in the CJB Theatre at Washington High School. Parents, guardians, community members, and stakeholders were invited to attend.
Feedback sessions also were held for students, staff and invited guests.
During the sessions, Hollis + Miller Architects sharfed early concept designs and visioning ideas for transforming Washington High School and enhancing learning environments across all district facilities. Attendees had the opportunity to view proposed updates, ask questions, and provide feedback that will help guide the district’s long-term planning process.
The feedback session was part of a collaborative effort to create future-ready schools that reflect the educational needs and aspirations of the Washington community.
