Parent-teacher conferences in the School District of Washington are scheduled for Thursday, October 23. There will be no school for students on Thursday, October 23, and Friday, October 24.  

The procedures for the parent-teacher conferences are as follows:

Elementary schools: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at their respective elementary schools from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Teachers have sent out signup links to parents via ParentSquare. Parents should contact their elementary school if they have not received a link to sign up.

Washington Middle School: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the middle school from 8-11 a.m. and from 1-7 p.m. Walk-in conferences are from 8-11 a.m. No appointment is needed. Appointment conferences will run from 1-7 p.m. Teams have sent out signup links to parents via ParentSquare. Parents should contact the middle school if they have not received a link to sign up.

Washington High School: Parent-teacher conferences will be held at the high school from 8-10:30 a.m. and from 3-7 p.m. Teachers will be available for unscheduled conferences in their classrooms. No appointment is necessary. If parents need to meet between 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m., they will need to schedule a meeting directly with the teacher they need to see.

Four Rivers Career Center: Parent-teacher conferences will be held at Four Rivers Career Center from 8-10:30 a.m. and from 3-7 p.m. Teachers will be available for unscheduled conferences in their classrooms. No appointment is necessary. If parents need to meet between 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m., they will need to schedule a meeting directly with the teacher they need to see.

Early Learning Center: Parent-teacher conferences will take place at the Early Learning Center from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Teachers have reached out to parents about appointments. Parents should contact the ELC if they have not heard from teachers.
