Campbellton Elementary Sixth-Grade Tunnel, Ringing of Bell
Posted on 05/27/2022
Campbellton Last DayCampbellton Elementary celebrated the last day of school with the traditional sixth-grade tunnel and ringing of the bell as the school day came to an end on Friday, May 27.

The bell is located high above the front door, and can be rung by tugging the chord attached to it.

Students in grades kindergarten through fifth formed a giant tunnel outside from the back of the building to near the entrance, which sixth-grade students and retiring staff passed through, taking them to the front door.

The sixth-grade students and the retiring staff then rung the bell after passing through the tunnel, a way to mark an end of their time at Campbellton Elementary.
